All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer our best service.
We deliver worldwide, all major cities and towns, however our delivery is limited in some remote areas, you may send us an email [email protected] to check.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping. Delivery times are to be used only as a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on a Saturday or Sunday.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments if necessary.
Shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout screen. From time to time we may have a promotion that entitles the customer for FREE shipping or flat rate shipping charges.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to your products upon delivery, contact us immediately at [email protected] DO NOT dispose products and please wait for our customer service representatives to advise the course of action.
Customs and Duty Charges (Outside Malaysia)
We are not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred at your local custom for the delivery of your order. You will be required to make
payment for such duties and taxes if applicable. Please contact your local customs to be sure of the applicable fees before placing your order.
Please note that in the event of a rejected parcel or refund approved (on a case-by-case basis), a deduction of shipping fees will be applied,
with only the nett amount to be refunded accordingly thereafter.
